    Canon IR Advance 8095 CQ issues meter is at 2 million copies

    Having copy quality issues, bias lines as well as shaded copies on front frame side. Replaced primary charge pre transfer and transfer belt. New dev unit. Please see attached pic, thank you in advance.

    looks more like a OPC issue ...when was maintenance last done on it?

    What is the yield on the drum? I thought they go a long way.
    I apologize as I only have two of these models out. Customer is a printer and uses the copier to its full capacity.

    6million is the OEM suspected life. If you are using compatible drums.. dunno. Has the drum been worked on ? new wiper blade? so many questions left unanswered ... but that also would depend on type and size of paper ( clicks)

    Hi yes all OEM supplies. Going to maybe look at the wiper blade again. Has about 200K oem blade. They should go 300k.

    Going back to the basics and other suggestions. Does a system print look bad? Laser Slit dirty? Corona wires are even height?

    Yes when I print counterlist the cq is bad. I replaced all corona units and T belt with OEM. I will check laser when I replace drum blade and transfer belt blade. Thanks for reply.

    well I have to assume ( probably wrong ) that when a tech goes out on a CQ issue the FIRST thing they do is completely CLEAN the unit out. Hell I do that on ANY call clean Ints / Exts / Feeds / Glass.
