    Djata

I have canon irc5185 which was printing perfectly in my office. Cannot tell what happened but the colours printed are not satisfactory. Colours are not exactly what it used to be. What I see is not what I get now. Would any Tech kindly help please. It is PG6 and PG 10 ok.

    Re: Djata

    More input, please!
Maybe a picture of the unacceptable output, or more information about the local conditions (big storms, nearby construction, OEM or aftermarket supplies, simple stuff like that).
    Thanks!

Re: Djata Irc5185 picture output not satisfactory

    Thanks so much Iowatech.
I tried single colour prints and I got all the colours printing. but when I print pictures, the cyan does not appear well and the black look blur. How can I enhance blue print in setup mode. I tried copier-adjust-dens but the only option I can there is the alpha which is set to 1255. It is like the problem developed after a power trip. but not too sure.

I have done all the calibrations. The pg6 and pg 10 looks good.
