    Canon IRA5035i not coming out of energy saver mode when printed to

    Canon IRA5035i not coming out of energy saver mode when printed to

    I have a canon 5035i and when it goes into energy saver mode i can no longer print or ping to the device. I know this feature can be switched off but its good to have as the company needs to save on energy. Is there any settings preventing this from coming out of sleep mode?

    Can be a problem on controller.
    First try with reseat all connectors on controller and power supply.(maybe swap with other machine)
    Re-seat memory.
    Install last firmware.
    Try with energy save mode timer. Check if it works normally

    this problem may be related to the customer network

    you may check first by connecting the machine connected directly with a pc
