the driver package on Canon's public site for 7/32 bit does not list 3300 even though it is downloaded from that window.
no UFR2 driver listed for 10/64 bit ?

Download the ufr2 for the ir adv C5560. That is the newest driver. Ufr2 is canons all in one driver.

If you go to Canons website under windows 7 32 bit it lists a UFR 2 driver for 3300, when you download and try to set it up 3300 is not in the list, PCL was an option that had to be added to the unit , so somewhere along the way they must have had a UFR2 driver. Just not in that package ? , seems like an oversight .
Perhaps one of us that has access to Canon's direct support can make a call ?
Tried the just pick one method when I first discovered 3300 was not on the list , tried a few different models , Got AKSI keys and hieroglyphics which means the driver was not correct . This is off of the public site . no access to CUSA tech site.

**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
Being such an old machine the IR3300 is in the Windows driver 7 database, just choose Canon from the dropdown box then IR3300.
If that doesn't work choose the Windows update option however as mentioned above UFR is not supported on the IR3300.
