    Clean,polish and inspect blade and cylinder.Pay attention! Distance between blade and cylinder must be perfect.
    Old developer-Replace developer.
    Practice makes perfect

    How old is developer? IR 3300 is not a youth.Maybe used developer from other machine?

    i use the same toner. not genuine but i didn't have this problem previously.

    That doesnt look like a toner problem, looks like either the magnetic roller or blade are damaged. open it up and look carefully
