Hi friends I have troubles with two canon ir machine advance c2025 the first signal me an error code E000025-0200 and the second E00021 0020.
if someone has already solved these problems i will be very grateful to help me To solve them. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

For both error codes, I suggest that you clean the Toner vertical path of the Cyan Hopper. Otherwise, replace it. You can verify the steps to take the machine Service mode.

Hi everyone,

I have spent most of my ten years experience on office machine working on Konica Minolta, recently i have encountered Canon imagerunner Advance C2230i with an error code e0000070 since i have no service manual handy i resorted on google which showed its an error related to an itb unit sensor, can any one help me on the proper way of removing the image transfer unit Please?

Removal of the ITB Assy
1) Turn OFF the power.
2) Open the Right Lower Cover.
3) Release the lock by pushing the [1] part to open fully. (White hinges that hold door from falling off, Left one is pushed down)
4) Open the Registration Patch Sensor. (Black piece of plastic covering the ITB assy)
5) Hold the handle and pull out the ITB Unit in the obliquely downward direction along with the guide.
6) Hold the left and right handles, and remove the ITB Unit.

Points to Note at Installation:• To perform image stabilization control (ATVC control) when replacing the ITB Unit, turn ON the main power switch once and then execute auto gradation adjustment (either one of the followings: quick adjustment or full adjustment).• Check that the Registration Patch Sensor is open, and then install the ITB
