E020 with a sub code of 191 indicates an error with the yellow developing assembly.

Can u turn the yellow dev unit by hand ?

When used after market toner (black ) error 020-491 generated ... I supply ( manual ) genue toner to Dev unit n problem clear

I change the developer and it work for some time and return the same error again....

The Printouts shows yellow toner on the sheet as on the attached page

Hi you just need to change the yellow drum unit.
