Canon Printer gets job, no printout

After toner spilled inside the imageCLASS model MF3110, I took it for cleaning. Upon start up, it printed all black pages. So, they took it apart again to check connections & alignments. Now, the printer receives the print job, but won't print. The repairman said the printer has unknown "problems". I see the document leave the computer print queue (also, the scanner will copy) & the print job displays in the printer LCD, but no printout. No error codes. No normal printer sounds of the motor, gears, paper pickup, etc.
Per the manual, I performed DRAM TEST, no errors; PRINT TEST, selected “BLK”, & “00000” displayed in LCD, no printout; selected PRINT TEST again, then selected “ENDUR”, & “00000” displayed in LCD, no printout. Attempted SENSOR TEST and LCD shows: 6-3 : SENSOR [1]---[4]. No response when selecting 1, 2, or 3 to test the sensors. Nothing happens! All Operation Panel tests are ok.
Please help me determine why the print mechanism won't activate.

Yes, the printouts were nice. Experiencing paper jams and removing the cartridge (generic) to clear them resulted in the toner spill.

Running Windows 7. Drivers downloaded from Canon 3+ years ago: MF3110_MFDrivers_W32_us_EN. Had initial problems with Word documents at install, but I wasn't sure if it was a printer issue or because of Windows Update issue at the time. All ok once Update resolved & no trouble until the paper jams & spill. Thanks for responding!

Tried the laptop running Win XP (used it with printer before getting Win7 desktop). No printout.

    Hello,

The SCNT board may be faulty.

Not that familiar with this model but I had a C2550 do the same thing and it was due to the UFRII board needing to be reseated. Are you sure if you look at the detail in the print log there is not an error?

Re: Canon Printer gets job, no printout

Thanks for responding. Any suggestions for testing the SCNT board to know if it's faulty? According to the service manual, my printer doesn't have UFRII board. ECNT board, maybe?
