    "Adjusting-waiting to scan" message on ir1022

    hello everyone..,
    can anyone help me out from this trouble?
    so, i just got a message displayed on my ir1022.it says "adjusting waiting to scan" after i pressed the start button.
    i just don't know what happened.
    if someone knows how to fix it, please tell me. Thanks

    Check and reseat the ribbon cable (item 18) from the reader controller to the scanner unit. Check and reseat both ribbon cables (item 30 & 31) from the reader controller to the Image processor.
