    Hi try to clean the fans also if the machine is set closer to the wall try to relocate it far a little from the wall

    Fans do not "kool" off 24v dc stepping motors

    Check the Heat Discharge Fan FM3 and the Filters.

    E014 -0001 = Fixing Motor error


    Lock error of the Fixing Motor (M3).
    Remedy
    1. Check the gear of the Fixing Drive Unit. -> Replace the
    gear.
    2. Replace the Fixing Motor (M3).
    3. Check the connection drawer between the Fixing Assembly
    and the host machine.
    4. Replace the Main Driver PCB (PCB2).

    I did order the fixing drive unit as a whole (to be on the safe side).

    The error happened only once - after that I did maintenance on the fixing unit - and no error so far.

    From what I can tell - it is not airflow issue.

    Anyway, I will update when part will come
