Canon IR C5250 with Imagepass B2
Every Monday morning first thing print jobs stop. The que is empty from Customer's computer and the Canon status screen shows only the last job from Friday afternoon which printed ok. The customer shuts off the Imagepass B2 and copier and restarts the copier again and then it prints again fine until the next weekend. The firmware has been upgraded and or reloaded on both the copier and the Imgepass B2.
Please help if you have any ideas from here.
