The above error code cleared but still pops up again because fuser does not warm up. Fuser film/rollers remains cold after warming up period then defaults to E0004-0002. No temperature changes in service mode. Replaced fuser but didn't fix problem. Power supply assy ordered anyway. Please advise any known info. Thank you.

Outlet voltage okay 230V. Neutral to ground within range too. Error came up after a tech replaced film/pressure roller. It's rather the output of power supply that is dodgy, was getting mV at some points.=====================================
