    Angry IRAC5035 Magenta Mis Match/Skew

    Hi All,

Firstly I would like to thank you all as I use this website a fair bit if I run into problems whilst out in the field. I have decided to become a full member and will also try to help anyone else out when I can.

I have a iRAC5035 which I have the attached problem with (skew/white line on PG10 test which is causing issues when printing colour docs)

The following has been done on the machine:

    Lasers swapped so not laser
    New Transfer Ass'y
    New Patch Sensors
    New Magenta Dev
    New Drums
    Checked/Swapped Dev/Drums Drives

I have also noticed that the mis-match isn't working and fails.

    Thanks in advance.

    Jay

Try to edit the value written on the front door ,make it as default ,you can also try to make clear Dc then turn the values back from the front door.

Thanks, I have tried to match the front door values. Also DC and then match values again along with Auto-Grad. No Joy!

Clean the patch sensor, and run "Auto Correct Color Mismatch", do a FULL gradation, and then check PG-10 and see if Magenta is still skewed.

He wrote "new patch sensors and mis-match fails"
P.S. Gradation have nothing to do with skewing.
