    C3380, won't power up

C3380, when you turn on the power, no rotation or noise at all. Green power light is on panel but screen is black. Would this most likely be the main power supply?

The machine has a green LED on with no cycling.

The machine was first found with the AC driver fuse blown.
After replacing the fuse, the machine still did not have a display or any cyling, just a green LED on the control panel.

After checking that the remote signal (3VDC) was making it to the AC Driver PCB at J209 pin 3, it was then determined that this signal should allow AC to be supplied to the Low Voltage Power Supply PCB at J301.
Once the AC is present on connector J301, there should be 13VDC out of connector J303 pin 9. (orange wire) on the Low Voltage PowerSupply PCB.

If 13VDC is not present on pin 9, it would be necessary to check pin 9 with connector J303 disconnected.
Turn the power off, then disconnect J303. Go to pin 9, when the power is turned on, there should be 4VDC at the pin for about 2 seconds.
If this is not seen, replace the Low Voltage Power Supply PCB.
In this case, the replacement of the Main Power Supply was needed. The Low Voltage Power Supply PCB cannot be replaced by itself, it must be replaced by ordering the Main Power Supply PCB, which comes with the AC Driver PCB and the Low Voltage Power Supply PCB. The part number for the Main Power Supply is FM2-5544-010. Check the image below for reference.
