Imagepress C1 - black toner problem

    Hi all,

My printer just started to make prints like this: 2100_001.pdf.
There is a line where it does not print on.
I have tried to clean supply mouth, sensors, paper dust, calibration, ect.

Dont know what the problem can be anymore?

Visually inspect black developer. Before that you can try:

    1.FUNCTION>SUPPLY-H-K
    2.FUNCTION>STIR>K

If that won't help in service mode check toner supply motor and visually inspect hooper. Also can be bad bk developer.

I am quite new to the Imagepress C1. I have inspected hooper and it seems fine.
Where is the toner supply motor and the black developer? I cant find it in the service manual.

EDIT: The foam seals on the black toner drum was gone, maby it can be stock somewere?

Definetelly it's not in the hooper because it's bigger then hole.Don't worry about the sponge.
