    An IP conflict doesn't cause a Link to go down, the Link-led would be lit anyhow.
    OP seems to be able to ping 127.0.0.1 ? So the Copier can ping itself.
    I suspect a fauly port/RJ45 on the NIC, i mean, the physical connection to the network, not the NIC's electronics. His router sometimes gives a link-status, that would support the fault RJ45 connection theory..

    yes i believe the same............. because ip conflict should not cause link led to go off...........
    can i repair the rj45 port.........

    Check if the pins inside are bend or out of place, but you'll probalbly will have to replace the board containing the RJ45 port...

    checked the pins its not bend or broken....
    my machine is a RC machine and don't have licence key..... if i do all data initialize then do i need licence key.....
