Iradvc 6275 and similar machines jam

    Hi guys
Have this machine giving jams from one tray, I have had the same on another machine c7065 same feed units.
the paper looks like it starts to feed but seems the feed roller does not turn and the paper gets bent in the rollers!

On the C7065 I changed the rollers and it lasted for about 4k prints then returned, I swapped feed units with a tray that is little used, same thing, I replaced in this case a bulk bin tray still same thing?

I updated firmware on the 6275 today and got 10 booklets out which was more than before so I tried 30 got about 2?
I have added pics of jam and codes and sensor location. Tried different size paper still same.

    Any help appreciated.

I had this on a C7065 once and in my case it was the pickup unit itself. The issue was with the old style sensors (all black) that would die after a while when static build up would get into them. I know Canon had a pub about this for these jam codes, as well as the bypass tray and the turn around unit for the C5000 series.

If you replaced the entire unit with a new one - not from another machine - then I guess you can rule that out.

    Is it the paper?

You can also adjust the separation level on those pickup units. You need to take them out to do it, but under the unit there is a long spring - there are two hook locations you can have the spring on. I've had to do that on some of the paper decks before.

Thanks for the reply OINF the unit was from the same machine just a less used tray.

    Cheers
