    IR2525i error jam code 0107

    Hi all,

I have the above machine that is jamming almost consistently but is also intermittent.
Changed whole fuser assembly but still jams.

    Any ideas appreciated...out of them!

    Thanks
    Ben

    Hi Ben,

Could be paper quality / dampness - have same machine doing similar and refreshed paper (new packet and no jams). Might have to explore the possibility of installing cassette heaters to the machine.[

    Thank you fm100,

I actually managed to figure out the problem! It was the developer clutch that caused the issue - never thought that could be it. Must have been sticking, removed it and cleaned it, no jams at all after that.

It was also causing another problem where the image would be either too far right or too far down depending on the rotation of the paper. It was never consistent though.

    Thanks for your input though...
