Hi all,
Just replaced upper & lower units on one of these and reset counters.
It's still saying 'fixing unit needs to be replaced'.
Any ideas?
Any other counters that need resetting at certain points?
Cheers

sounds like you a have an issue with the drive system on the fixing drive. There have been issues the lack of grease on the main drive gear, so you may want to check the condition of yours.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
