    Imagerunner 2530 Output tray does not move upon power on

    I saw a plastic part of the machine up the output roller falling down thus blocking the movement when the machine is power on preventing the tray to move up and down.
    i want the proper procedure to remove the finisher assembly so i can visually check why is that part falling. So i can fix it to proper position.
