    Problem with IR1510 white paper after copy

    Hi

    I have a serious problem with my Ir1510.

    After copying the last result is white paper..What are possible causes of this problem ?

    what can i do to solve it ?

    hi dear.first you have to execute printing report list .if it still the same result .check the drum unit & transfer roller &the contacts springs.if you are using adf i guess you have to place the original document face up

    I have checked yhe drum unit the contacts springs are Ok No prblem with the transfer roller but i have a same result even printing report list

    But i will continue to check the other parts materials !

    dont understand ur problem
    matter doesn't come on the copy ? or u get a print and after that u get a plain paper.

    if 1st - u don't get any matter on copy (only white paper comes out), check drum unit (connections-screws), toner supply (dp - fit it properly), transfer rollers.
