Can be many thing like bad ground,drum cleaning blade,laser unit,controller,bad gear......
do you have repeats on large format like A3? rendom or Pattern? Samples have horisontal stripes i believe.

Because it is, as I write in the message, the defect appears horizontally in both A4 and A3 format Grounding, are ok; Machine has 2 million impressions; Cylinder, blade, belt are optimal;
Looks like it's always the same distance apart?
Maybe secondary transfer is being weird?
Was what I thought at first, but I changed both and the error continues

pls 1. check the pre-transfer corona wire 2. the transfer belt
