I wish to have a technical opinion
    1) Do you think it is interesting to change the 4 drums or to change completely machine?
    2) Do you have the technical docs of the various parameters in the service mode ?
    3) What do you think about the state of the machine?

In advance thank you and sorry for my english ...

I've seen drums on these machines at over 230% before today. It depends on the environment that it has been printing in!
Have they just been printing emails and little bits of colour or have they been trying to use it as a full on printer?
    What is a PG10 like?
It will cost a lot to change all 4 drums at once. it probably isn't worth it. It's not normally the drum at fault it's usually the Developer but as they are one unit you have to change both at the same time.
