does it produce an error code? it could be the clutch or the harness or a board...
what have you done to it? any repair before the issue appeared?
    more info needed.

no error code, just blank result. I only see when the process of copying, develope does not spin, note: the side door is opened and my drum is out and my door sensor is closed, it will be visible if the develope does not spin

" I only see when the process of copying, " are you saying that if you print or do the internal prints it produces text?

have you done a "stop print" to see if image is on the drum?

Did you check clutch (FK2-0404) operation (what the arrow indicates on the picture) in service mode?
