Did you checked what exactly is in the malfunction? Gear,motor....

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
There are metal springs that sometimes break and the lift gear breaks a tooth. I used to replace the entire feed assembly to fix some of those as either the top or bottom lift gear is a pain to change.Originally Posted by wild140

Either one of the springs or Ratchet gear - FB6-2778. Good luck finding a Pickup assembly. Have repaired these in the past with the ratchet gear.
