Actually customer had wrong code, it is E520-0002. And the guide that attaches to the off-set roller assembly came off. Case Closed!Originally Posted by repeatcopiers
Nice, customers telling you the copier gives an error. On location the whole part is in pieces, happens to me with one customer and the fuser frequently...
