Well, I removed the cyan developer and the gear on the back looked ok to me.

I also checked back into the opening and the coupling looked ok as well. At least it was comparable to the other 3. I put it back together and ran another PG10 to see if maybe there was a loose connection or something that was resolved and got the following result.

The cyan ghosting is new, probably from shaking the dev around when I removed/replaced it as I wasn't getting any cyan before. I'm still getting the little black chunks of plastic on the sheets though. If you look carefully about 3/4s of the way down on the left hand side, you can just make them out. Those aren't toner smears, they're actually small, sharp pieces of black plastic, partially embedded in the paper.
@techandtrader - It's been a while since I swapped the drums around, a year or more. I'm sure it didn't help the current situation any, but we're so cheap here, it's crazy.
