Exclamation Fixing unit issue Canon ir3300

Paper got jammed in fixing unit another paper got rolled on to the sleeve roller and film.. I removed the papers and reassembled it, its printing fine but the printed content on the paper is partially going off when i rub on it.. Its a Canon IR 3300 machine.. What may have caused the problem? Is it coz of humidity?

I have attached the image of output which is a black bg original

what is the life on the fusing unit?

more than likely the fuser sleeve is worn, hence the paper stuck to it. Ar the pick pawls missing? was there a solid black band at TOF?

also check the heat sink that removes toner build up off of the pressure roller. If it is caked up with toner especially in the middle it will need replaced or at the very least all of the toner build up removed

You need to replace the upper and lower fuser rollers. They dont last forever but close. If you can rub toner off you have a failing heat element, wrong grease, worn out fuser film. Check with NWRS repair for a fixing film with warranty.
