Communication between PCB’s:
Counter Memory PCB, ECO ID PCB and SRAM PCB communicate information with the Main Controller. Notice that the SRAM PCB is mounted onto the Expansion Bus PCB. If one or more of these boards fail, an error code will occur.
DO NOT CHANGE TWO OR MORE BOARDS AT ANY ONE TIME. THIS CAN RESULT IN THE EQUIPMENT ENTERING AN ERROR CODE LOOP. ONCE THIS OCCURS, YOU MUST CONTACT THE CANON TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTER FOR ASSISTANCE.
