    no display

    Canon ir 8070 error code E602 displayed after HDD replacement no display
    Power light on the display is on, led 2 (green) on the MFC pcb is blinking,
    What could be the reason this is the third time I am facing such problem
    Normally MFC pcb replacement will do but now it is difficult to get .

    E602 is "The HDD can not be recognized." Since you just replaced it, re-install the firmware via SST. That should fix it.

    Was the hard drive you installed compatible with that model copier? You just can not put any hard drive in the copier. You have to use a compatible hard drive and then you have to load the firmware on the hard drive via the SST. Canon's are different than some other models, the operating system is installed on the hard drive, it is not just for document storage.
