    Wrinkle tailing page

We face problem with our imagepress c1+
    That wrinkled tail page
    We enter the correct madia
And that done with coated A3
But with coated A4 works fine no problem
We replaced pad pressure and oil roller and fixing belt
    Is there something we missed?
    Thanks in advance

    Re: Wrinkle tailing page

Are you hearing any thumping noise from your fuser? You MIGHT have a worn fixing drive gear... there was an issue a while back where the gears were failing at around 50-70K pages. Also, be sure to check and see that you did not accidentally throw away the plastic spacer stuck to the bottom of the pressure plate if you have already replaced the pad.

    Thanks every body here
The issue solved by replacing pad pressure and pad cover as that mentioned in service manual
