How can i get the new firm wear of this canon image class mf 6550
In my experience, you can't. You would have to replace the image processor. I've tried several times to fix these with no luck. If you hold down 1 and 9 and power on, that may get it to work but it probably won't last. Old machine but a good one. If anybody else knows of available firmware, I'd love to hear about it.
