Hi Guys,

I have a customer with the above plotter stating that is printing blank sheets at random interval, a lot of users have access to print to it.
Checking the job log I found a few documents printed corresponding with the no. of blank sheets entitled GL2 with no user information also ink consumption all colors showing 0 coverage-I have attached a sample. Anything else printed by users was just fine with all the corresponding details.

Strange is this GL2 file was also present in the Stored Docs on the HDD, I have deleted them while there. Firmware v is 1.06

Any one now what is this or how can I disable it to print?
