You need to post an error code. No one can tell you what may be wrong, with the error code someone may be able to tell you where to look. You can go to service mode and see past error codes.Originally Posted by winsonhifi

iR7095 wall voltage power must be consistent, ( hot to neutral )___( hot to ground )
especially your ground to neutral ( +/- 0.5v ) .
