Replaced the waste toner motor, still getting code. I hear it may be a clogged auger, is that difficult to clean out or remove? Would it be easier to swap out the entire process unit? Or could it be something else?

Make sure the sensor is not blocked,
There is a spring loaded sleeve with a flag around the waste toner auger. When the bottle is present it will push the sleeve thereby unblocking PS11.
