Do not do a "Initialize All Data"
"settings/registration" > logging in > management settings > data management > initialize all data/settings.
All user settings and (unfortunately) data are returned to default.

guess u have two other options---------
this site assumes no responsibility on your procedures--- these are only suggestions /
If you are not sure what condition printer will be in after a performance----do not go forth
MMI Clear-----------------make sure to print out P Print settings
MMI = Clear of user mode setting value
Details = To clear the user mode setting values (excluding values for Control Panel, common settings, and FAX).
- Common Settings
- Timer Settings
- Adjustment/Cleaning
- Report Settings
- System Settings
- Copy Settings
- Communications Settings
- Printer Settings
Use case = When clearing various setting values of user mode
Adj/set/operate method
1) Select the item, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Caution = The setting value is cleared after the main power switch is turned OFF/ON.
or
"settings/registration" > logging in > management settings > data management > initialize all data/settings.
All user settings and (unfortunately) data are returned to default.
