Canon ir adv 8105 one side jam

    Hi
Canon IR Adv 8105 jams when i print/copy one side almost everytime. Sometimes it works but mostly jams in FIXING/FEEDER DUPLEXING ASS'Y. Paper leave fuser unit and go down to change side, but stops there and sometimes is curled. Jam code is PS36, stationery and delay. When i print in duplex there is no jam and everything its ok.
There is a selenoid S5 (REVERSE SOLENOID ASS'Y) and i changed it thinking its faulty. I have opened and checked for any prob, but found nothing. The same is happening in two other machine families.
I dont know what to do.
    Any help pls?

Where is the Outer Delivery Sensor PS36 located at in the Copier ?

The Service Manual illustration displays the PS36 Sensor as being the last sensor on the far left of the Fix / Feed Tray Assembly,
    but this is not PS36.

    The Outer Delivery Sensor
PS36 is located on the left interior panel of the machine.

The Fixing / Feed Assembly needs to be pulled out to the front of the machine, to expose the External Delivery Sensor PS36.

Below is a Video clip that depicts the position of the External Delivery Sensor PS36 in the Copier.
    Dropbox - 0111181415.mp4

When making single sided copies a jam code will occur.
Double side copies will run with no jams.

It was found that PS36 sensor flag was returning slowly.
    Place an extra wrap on
    the spring or replace it.

    Sensor Flag Unit (FL3-3867-000).

PS 36 sensor and actuator location with the Fixing Feeder Assembly out.

    3. Close up of PS 36 Actuator and Sensor.

I am not sure about that because printing face up finishing it will not jam. The sensor mechanism is the same in that case even you print face up nor face down.
Printing face down jams, printing face up its ok.
You know that printing face up, paper do not goes through fixing/duplex entrance but go straight to the finisher.
I dont know what to think.

Canon repair suggestions are not written in stone.

Examples of reported issues are sometimes difficult to reproduce in a pristine Canon testing location.

Life as a in House or Field Tec bring on many experiences that Canon Engineering have never seen.
