Hello everyone !

I have recently acquired a c7010vp. It looks like it is having a lot of issues, jamming, errors, alarms especially the error E733-0000 and E733-0001. which is very intermittent. Long story short I have the deal to swap it with a C6010 from the guy I bought it. Even though I am an experienced tech in other equipment I think I need a Canon trained tech to help in the initial setup and training for this machine even remotely. I did the install of the C7010vp myself based on the Canon's instructions. I am located in North New Jersey.
