    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Powers on and goes directly to the error and won’t do anything but tell me to restart. I wish there was a hard reset button.

    You must restart ipf in service mode to master reset the error, hold down the load and navigate buttons, then power on the printer, still holding down these buttons, you will see an S on the upper right hand of the screen, this indicates printer in service mode and you should see a flashing yellow light too, then release the buttons and the ipf should come to ready. If it errors again, this code is what you should troubleshoot first. If no errors try to print a nozzle print from the service mode screen. If that works then reboot the ipf normally and if its happy it will come to ready. Get some alcohol and clean that carriage rail with a cloth.
