Unhappy ir 1600 shifted copy

I have a problem with my ir 1600.
the copy was moves about 10mm, got cut about 5 mm, and reduce about 1.5% from the original.
Is there any adjustment, setting or anything else i can do.....?

I've already clear all, change CCD in the service mode.
PLEASE HELP ME.

Make sure the paper tray guides are properly set and tight.

Is it out in printing or copying or both?
In the service manual there is a step by step on how to adjust the varistors that affect print positioning ..where they're located and what they do.

Also clean the Registration Clutch located on the paper feed assy. These have a history of causing the paper timing to go out causing shifted print at first then progresing onto jams and making the copier think the wrong size paper is in the machine.

Good luck.
