Canon IR 2025i Jamming at drum

I have a Canon IR 2025i that it jamming right at the drum unit. It doesn't appear that the drum is turning correctly. The drum is turning ok when I take it out of the machine. The drum for sure isn't turning when the machine sets up after power on. Any ideas on what to look for ? Thanks for any help. Everything appears normal in the fuser...

You can take the back panel off and see if the Main Drive is turning properly when you turn the power on. The transfer roller on the door sometimes causes issues, so you could check to make sure it is turning properly.
