    Inner finisher F-1 gripper assembly

    Getting e-532-001 codes and jams with this inner finisher F-1. It acts like the gripper assembly is not getting out of the way of the stapler unit. Does anyone have the part number for that gripper assembly?

    Found the part number. FM4-9101. Any other suggestions on that error code?

    Sounds like you are on the right track, had a couple of these where the braided wire on the gripper became mishaped and impeded the gripper.
