    Hi,

    Drum failure, developing system failure,
    laser exposure system failure.

To me look's like scratches on the drum surface but you already check...

Drum have A4 volume.Print full black on bigger size like A3 and check for dot pattern to find out if it's a drum or not.

The white dots are caused in colder environments when the drum heater for the imagePRESS 1135/1125/1110 is not turned on.
This can also occur if a new developer assembly is brought in from a cold environment and is installed without allowing the developer unit acclimatize to the room temperature.

Resolution for this image quality issue is to turn on the drum heater or allow the new developer unit to reach room temperature prior to testing.

    Also_u already did this--disreguard
Replacing the Primary Transfer Roller (FC7-9326-000) should resolve the copy quality problem. (White Dots)

The Primary Transfer Roller is called the Transfer Roller 1 in the Parts Catalog.
The Transfer Roller 1 part number is FC7-9326-000.
The estimated life of the part is 1,500,000 prints .
