    Adv 5560 New style rollers

What has been your experience with the new style pick up and feed rollers on this model? I have a device jamming often and despite the consumable count being low, the rollers seem to gum up slightly. This one machine has the highest count of the third gen devices we have put out, hoping someone can let me know how these are holding up. Also, after checking the parts manual, the sep roller is the same for all cassettes, and CFU as well, however at this device the sep rollers are two slightly different colors, cyan and light green. I will be taking a look around the others when possible.
    Thanks!

I've had next to no service calls on the gen3's to date, and some of ours have been out there for a year or so now.

I'm certainly not seeing any jamming or paper feed rollers issues, but it could still be too early to tell.
