Hi every body

i have canon IR adv 6255 its panel hanging all the time

i changed the whole control panel and the main controller 1 with no change

any suggestion i will be appreciated

Try replacing the HDD and reloading the software (format, then upgrade overwrite all).
That fixed a 62xx that I had with a very slow responding control panel just recently.

The HDD on Canon's appears to hold the machines O/S, so it's pretty critical that the HDD is in good read and write health.

There is also a bulletin for a modified CPU PCB inside the control panel as well (FM4-9880-000).
I've changed a couple on the C52xx range to fix a freezing control panel / unresponsive touch panel.
Not changed one on a 62xx yet, but it is worth mentioning as well.

You probably put in a panel with old style Control Panel Pcb again. Order modified pcb and upgrade firmware

I would order the new pcb. The old ones act up eventually. Ive replaced a few on 400/500,52xx,22xx,42xx and 62xx also
