IR ADV 6075 No Copy Menu

hello, i have a machine there is without Copy menu i have try to show all menu but, there is only 4 menu like this :


i have try to add the menu on Main Menu Setting, but there is only 4 menu like this :


for more information, when i go to Additional Setting > Function Setting > Copy the machine freeze for a minute then not entering to Copy Setting.


i have try to Box Check there is no error NG, only showing optional features .



do you know about this problem?
