Hi Guys,

A colleague has a failed install after 700 copies with E20-04A9 . He has replaced Black Drum & Dev Unit with no joy.

Printing Full Black page then errors

Any ideas

Did he do the toner install the right way with adding toner in Service Mode?

Just called him. He did a Dev Init
