Canon 8285 ,stripes on a sheet

Hello ! Our Canon 8285 prints the stripes on the sheet . We replaced Transfer belt , Corona primary and pre transfer , Developer Unit but it did not help . We are grateful for any advice . Thank you.

what are the life counters sitting at? frankly it looks more like a PCU issue to me. Wiper blade or charge roller

The counter is 2.700.000 .

Drum cleaner can get a stripped gear driving the auger, remove the process unit, remove the drum and see if the gears on the side will rotate.
