    C1022i drawer stuck

I have a very rural client with a 1022i that they say has the drawer 1 stuck and won’t open. I have tried over the phone to help and can’t figure it out. Any ideas before I make the journey to fix?

Possible that the PAPER LIFTING PLATE, is stuck in up position.

u should be able to do a manual release (forgot location on this model)

don't remember location on this model

was easy on the CLC 700>1100 series---arm release was on pick up unit itself (upper left corner on that series) needed a small screwdriver to release arm claw

    try this
Check the PLATE LOCK RELEASE, RC1-6833-020 on the Bottom of the machine.
