How do you set the cassette one for US sizes, the cassette only sees European sizes on China sizes. Need to set it for US sizes. Or are the switches bad n the back. The other tray works great.
Thanks

Pull out cassette 1, look inside for any paper blocking the size detection switches.
Cassette 1 (520 Sheets Model)
The Cassette 1 Size Switch A/B detects the size of the paper set in the cassette.
Length and width are detected according to the ON / OFF combination of switches. As long as standard paper, both AB type and inch type can be used.
